Messaging channels

Telegram

Team alerts and replies from Telegram today (beta). A bot that answers your customers is on the way — the demo previews it.

01What it does

Alerts for your team, a bot for your customers

Create your own bot with Telegram's BotFather, connect its token in Console → Connections → Telegram, and a direct message or a group mention reaches your mate; it answers right there. Handing a conversation to a person on your team is the part still being finished.

02See it in place

Try it on a real site before you connect it

Live demo

Nomad Circuits

A faithful Telegram-style preview of your mate, grounded chat, an MCP server over the catalogue and repair bench, WebMCP shop actions, and identified-customer order/repair lookup.

03How to switch it on

  1. Message @BotFather in Telegram, send /newbot, and copy the token it gives you.

  2. Paste the token into Console → Connections → Telegram and choose a webhook secret; Telegram echoes that secret on every update, so a forged request never reaches your workspace.

  3. Choose private chats, groups, or both — then message your bot, or add it to a group.

04What it needs

A Telegram bot token from BotFather and a webhook secret, plus the scope you pick.

  • TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN
  • TELEGRAM_WEBHOOK_SECRET_TOKEN

05Questions

Answering in Telegram works today. Handing a conversation to a person on your team is the piece being finished — everything else is live.
It says so and hands the conversation to a person on your team, who picks it up from the Inbox with the full history — the customer stays on the channel they wrote on.
